Our Process

We focus on identifying how your body communicates nutritional deficiency and gland/organ function through laboratory indicators and health signs, symptoms, pain, and dysfunction: thirst, muscle cramps, headaches, digestive distress, hormone imbalance, and cravings to name a few.

Step 1: Comprehensive Intake Discovery and Lifescaping

Our “leave no stone unturned” intake discovery process establishes your complete symptom-burden matrix. We use a simple online form to learn both personal and familial health history, a detailed nutritional and symptom/burden questionnaire, genetic assessments (if available or needed), and a full analysis/written interpretation of your blood chemistry labs. We utilize these multiple streams of data to create useful, actionable information and corroborate that with your personal interview during consultation. We journey with you, and we continue to pursue discovery of any outlier stressors that persist or present as the symptom/burden matrix resolves. We will suggest other labs or tests as necessary to ascertain functional improvement and identify nutritional deficiencies.

  • We hear this all the time. Has your health professional said your labs or tests are “normal” and you just know that something isn’t right?! Or worse yet, the data is misinterpreted, and a slippery slope of unnecessary interventions has followed.

You know your body better than anyone else. You know how you feel each day. Your health symptoms trump “normal” lab values. Lab reports are interpreted on a bell curve by a computer and compared to a broad data set of people, not a personalized review. We instead compare your lab results to a refined functional range and write a personalized evaluation of your results.

  • Has your health professional ever asked if you are hydrated? We do! Many people who come to us respond with, “I drink plenty of good quality water every day! Of course, I’m hydrated!”

Drinking water does NOT equate to hydration for nearly everyone. Water is a nutrient while hydration is a functional foundation. We will inquire about this (often easily seen in your labs) and give you actionable steps to ensure that you are actually hydrated!

  • This is not the correct order when implementing nutritional therapy and is a therapeutic misstep that we frequently see. If you can’t maintain some of the basic foundations of good health: hydration, digestion, or blood sugar handling, you have no business working on attempting to fix complicated issues such as your hormones, systemic pain, detoxifying from mold, or doing a parasite cleanse. You must first address, in the correct order, the basic foundations of health before you begin attempting to unwind more complex health issues.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

We conduct an initial consultation during which we inquire and clarify your intake form and questionnaire. We then interpret and translate your symptoms, connecting them with foundational issues and nutritional deficiencies so you then understand why your body is complaining to you. At the end of this consultation, you will be provided with personalized recommendations with actionable steps that you can immediately implement.

Step 3: Application and Integration of Therapies

Now with your personal recommendations, you can fill and replete nutrient deficiencies, rehydrate your body, clear immune stresses, move from dysfunction to function, and detoxify safely and naturally each day.

Included in your recommendations is guidance on nutrient-dense foods and therapeutic supplementation so that you can maintain pace with your body’s repletion and function during healing.

Step 4:  Reassess Through Questionnaire, Labs, Consultations

During your healing process, we assess progress and make amendments to your personal recommendations as necessary. Along the way, you will again complete your online nutritional assessment questionnaire, re-run blood chemistry if needed, and check in with follow-up consultations to discuss progress and any lingering symptoms.

Step 5:  Reassess Goals, Maintenance Program

Now that your primary health symptoms and concerns have resolved, you can establish new goals and move into a self-directed proactive health management program with us.

Do your labs raise a flag?

Healing Principle

The body is poised to heal and does so very efficiently.  There is no dimmer switch once stressors are removed and therapies are applied. We account for the healing demand in your personalized recommendations by including food, nutritional supplement, and activity suggestions.

What’s your “why”?

Whether you plan to climb Mount Everest, see a need to push a stroller in the future, want to walk to your mailbox without running out of breath, or get those old knees working better so you can play on the floor with the grandkids, we will lead, guide, and coach you to better health!
