How do I use the HealThy Mouth Blend?

• When brushing

• As a mouthwash…Simply place 1-2 drops of HealThy Mouth Blend in a small amount of water and swish to reduce the thug bugs in the mouth, freshen breath, AND increase saliva production all at the same time.

• On floss…To coat your floss with the HealThy Mouth Blend, place a drop of blend between your index finger and thumb and run a piece of floss through the oils.  Flossing with the HealThy Mouth Blend helps to get the antimicrobials deeper into the gum pockets (especially between molars, where it's easiest for gum disease to start)!*
